    • Negotiates terms of leasehold agreements.

    • Drafts, reviews, revises, and negotiates rent-to-own agreements.

Mediation

    • Conducts preliminary review of lease or purchase terms, provided evidence pertaining to any allegations, as well as the parties’ primary positions.

    • Facilitates open and constructive discussion.

    • Leverages expertise in landlord/tenant, real estate, zoning, and other property related legal principles like nuisance to help parties reach a valuable outcome.

    • Examines the nature of the dispute, including any written agreements, prior dealings, industry standards, and laws or regulations.

    • Compiles and reviews evidence from both parties, in light of the allegations and party positions.

    • Leverages experience as a former business development consultant, with current legal expertise to help parties reach a solution that is business forward and cost-effective.
