By providing services on a subscription basis, offered at reasonable price-points, Dawn Patrol Legal has created a low-risk, high-reward system for attorney retention. With options tailored to your needs, the Subscription Service offerings are broken down into two, distinct levels; Standard Subscription and Premium Subscription. For a monthly fee, with a one-time intake fee (discounted for clients who opt-in after purchasing one of our Business Packages), you can ensure regular access to a business or real estate law expert.

Fees and included services for the Subscription Services are:

Standard Subscription: $99/month + a one-time $399 intake fee (intake fee only $99 for clients who opt-in after purchasing one of our Business Packages). This subscription includes:

• Unlimited Consultations*;

• One Monthly Legal or Compliance Workshop;

• One Monthly Document Review (or Limited Draft Revision);

• One Quarterly Agreement Draft; and

Premium Subscription: $349/month + a one-time $999 intake fee (intake fee only $399 for clients who opt-in after purchasing one of our Business Packages). This subscription includes:

• All services provided under the Standard Subscription;

• One Intellectual Property Strategy Session;

• One Trademark Search;

• One Trademark Application;

• Ongoing Trademark Guidance;

The Unbundled Services option is intended to provide the same, predictable, budget-friendly offerings included within the Business Packages “a la carte” style. Included in the Unbundled Services are:

• Draft or Review Waiver or Consent Agreement: $300

• Draft or Review Purchase & Sale Agreement: $500

• Draft or Review Corporate Bylaws or Internal Policies & Procedures (Handbook): $500

• Draft or Review Complex Agreements (MSA, Partnership, Investment or Lending/Borrowing, etc.): $1,000

While we tend to favor fixed fees for their transparency and overall simplicity, we also recognize that not every task has a definite scope or timeline. Often times, matters that require involved negotiations (like complex transactions, or the formation of partnerships involving three or more parties, etc.) or matters involving dispute resolution can be unpredictable.

Because of the added complexity, workload uncertainty, and general unpredictability, it is not possible to fairly bundle these services or provide a fixed fee.

Hourly rates can be either Standard (e.g., real estate purchase and sale negotiations or basic contract disputes), or Premium (e.g., partnership agreement negotiations, complex transactions involving multiple assets or asset types, or complex business disputes).

The Hourly rates are:

• Standard: $300

• Premium: $450

We recognize that litigation can be lengthy, expensive, and exhausting - mediation, under the guidance of a skilled mediator, can provide you with a legitimate, efficient, and cost-effective means of resolving a dispute before it ever comes to filing a lawsuit. Whether it is by choice or by obligation (many contracts mandate meditation prior to litigation), we will work diligently to help you work out a resolution to your dispute.

At Dawn Patrol Legal Solutions, we offer transparent, flat-fee pricing for residential real estate closings. Costs may vary depending on the complexity of your transaction, but the following ranges reflect typical fees in Massachusetts. Our services range from single party representation (Buyer or Seller) or Closing Attorney services (lender representation). The fixed-fee ranges for each service are as follows:

• Closing Services: $1,000 - $1,200, and includes:

  • Acting as the settlement agent and conducting the actual closing;

  • Title search and certification;

  • Preparation and recording of lender documents;

  • Coordination and disbursement, including post-closing filings.

• Buyer Representation: $1,000 - $1,200, and includes:

  • Review and negotiation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement;

  • Coordination with all parties (lender, broker/agent, and opposing counsel) to facilitate timely, seamless completion of the transaction;

  • Title review and issue/defect resolution;

  • Attendance at closing and post-closing support.

• Seller Representation: $600 - $800, and includes:

  • Preparing the deed and other seller documents;

  • Coordinating the payoff of any remaining mortgage balance and liens with sale proceeds;

  • Review and counsel on the settlement statement;

  • Ongoing support through closing and fund disbursement.
