• The Standard Business Package costs $2,000, and includes:

  1. Comprehensive intake consultation;

  2. Counsel on organization (pros and cons of different corporate classifications);

  3. Compilation, drafting, and filing of all documentation necessary to incorporate with the Secretary of State;

  4. Drafting and filing of municipal Business License application;

  5. Drafting of corporate bylaws and basic internal policies and procedures needed for regulatory and licensing board compliance; and

  6. Drafting of one contract needed for operation (e.g., waiver, consent form, or rental agreement).

• The Premium Business Package costs $2,500, and includes:

  • All items included in the Standard Business Package; and

  • Counsel, drafting, and submission of a single Trademark application to the USPTO, or a secondary contract.

We recognize that not everyone is in need of a neatly packaged set of legal services. For those with established businesses or side hustles, it is not uncommon to need a contract reviewed, drafted, or negotiated, without a need for a comprehensive compliance assessment, intellectual property package, or incorporation assistance.

The Unbundled Services option is intended to provide the same, predictable, budget-friendly offerings included within the Business Packages “a la carte” style. Included below are some, but not all, of the services that may be offered in this manner - if you have a drafting or review need that is not listed below, we urge you to inquire further.

Included in the Unbundled Services are:

• Draft or Review Waiver or Consent Agreement: $600

• Draft or Review Purchase & Sale Agreement: $800

• Draft or Review Corporate Bylaws or Internal Policies & Procedures (Handbook): $1000

• Draft or Review Complex Agreements (MSA, Partnership, Investment or Lending/Borrowing, etc.): $1,400

While we generally favor fixed fees for their transparency and simplicity, we recognize that not every legal matter has a clearly defined scope or predictable timeline. Matters involving extensive negotiations, complex transactions, multi-party partnership formations, or dispute resolution can vary significantly in complexity and workload.

For these matters, an hourly fee is often the fairest and most practical approach. Our hourly rate is $400.
